Sleepy-time Popsicles

I don’t know about you, but sleep can sometimes be a struggle around here! Some nights, my kids don’t eat a full dinner, which can leave them restless overnight.

Ingredients

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Blend everything until smooth.

Step 2

Pour into popsicle molds.

Step 3

Freeze for 4-6 hours (or overnight).

Step 4

Enjoy before bedtime & before brushing teeth.
