Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Yogurt Bark

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Spread the Greek yogurt evenly across the parchment paper to about 1/4-inch thickness. The amount of yogurt will depend on the size of your pan.

Step 3

Arrange the banana slices evenly on top of the yogurt.

Step 4

Drizzle the peanut butter over the yogurt and banana slices.

Step 5

Melt chocolate chips over the stovetop. Add coconut oil if desired for a smoother texture.

Step 6

Drizzle the chocolate over the other ingredients.

Step 7

Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt is firm.

Step 8

Once the yogurt is fully frozen, remove the bark from the freezer. Lift the parchment paper to remove the bark from the baking sheet and break it into pieces.

Step 9

Enjoy immediately, or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.
