Step 1
In a blender, combine the coconut cream, frozen strawberries, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
1 can Organic coconut heavy cream
2 cup Frozen strawberries
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a bread pan or any other container of your choice. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Step 3
Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until firm.
Step 4
When ready to serve, take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes to soften before scooping.
