Reese’s Ice Cream Pops

Store-bought Reese’s might taste good, but they’re packed with processed sugar, seed oils, and additives most of us don’t want in our kids’ snacks.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth and fully combined.

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop 6 spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet to form round mounds (you can make them smaller or bigger depending on preference). Shape each into a circle using the back of a spoon.

Step 3

Gently press a popsicle stick into the center of each round, then cover the stick with a little extra yogurt mixture to hold it in place. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.

Step 4

Place the tray in the freezer and freeze until solid.

Step 5

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil, stirring until smooth.

Step 6

Once the yogurt pops are solid, dip or spoon the melted chocolate over each one. Quickly sprinkle with more chopped peanuts before the chocolate sets.

Step 7

Return the pops to the freezer until the chocolate is firm.

Step 8
