  • Dice the potatoes and onion up to 2 days in advance and store them separately in the refrigerator.
  • Mix the burger sauce up to 5 days ahead. The flavor gets even better after it sits overnight.
  • Shred your cheese ahead of time for the best melt.

Storage & Reheating: store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium-low heat or microwave until warmed through. If serving with lettuce, add it fresh after reheating.
