Immune-Boosting Popsicles

Make these super-easy popsicles that your toddlers will love and will help boost their immune system this winter.

Ingredients

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a cup or bowl, mix together the water, electrolytes, and elderberry syrup.

Step 2

Pour the mixture evenly into your popsicle molds.

Step 3

Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for about 4-6 hours, or until solid.

Step 4

Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds.

Step 5

If needed, run warm water over the outside of the molds to help release the popsicles.
