Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bark

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

3/4 cup Peanut butter

1 scoop Protein powder

1 tsp Vanilla extract

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly.

Step 3

In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together, stirring until smooth.
