Chewy Granola Bars

Soft, sweet, and made with simple ingredients, these homemade granola bars are perfect for lunchboxes, snacks, or anytime you need a quick bite.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a food processor, blend the oats until they reach your desired texture. Add the cereal and blend for about 20 seconds.

1 cup Cereal

Step 3

Transfer to a mixing bowl.

Step 4

In the same food processor, blend the pumpkin seeds until they are almost powdery.

Step 5

Add them to the bowl with the oats and cereal.

Step 6

In a separate bowl, mix the honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips.

1-2 tsp Vanilla extract

1/2 cup Chocolate chips

Step 7

Combine the wet and dry ingredients together in the large bowl. Use your hands to mix thoroughly until everything is well blended.

Step 8

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press firmly with your hands to compact it evenly.

Step 9

Let the mixture sit and set in the fridge for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
