Easy Protein-Packed Banana Bread

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in the eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, ground pumpkin seeds, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

1/2 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 pinch Salt

Step 4

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 6

Let the banana bread cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
