Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, chocolate, brown rice cereal, oats, and hemp seeds. Stir until everything is well coated.

Step 3

Line a muffin pan with liners or use a silicone mold. Evenly distribute the mixture into each cup, pressing down gently to help them hold their shape.

Step 4

Place the muffin pan in the refrigerator for a few hours or in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until firm.

Step 5

Once set, enjoy immediately! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
