Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin.

Combine applesauce, eggs (or banana), and maple syrup in a bowl.

2 tbsp Maple syrup
Step 3
Mix oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.

1 tsp Cinnamon

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.
Step 5
Fill muffin tins and bake for 16-18 minutes for mini muffins or 20-25 minutes for regular muffins, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
