Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the oats, hemp seeds (or flax), peanut butter, maple syrup, mini chocolate chips, and freeze-dried strawberries. Stir well until everything is fully incorporated.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Press it down evenly and firmly to flatten the mixture across the sheet.
Step 4
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or until the mixture is firm.
Step 5
Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into 24 bars.
