We all fall into the snack rut. Handful of crackers, maybe some dry cereal or a pouch and call it good. But it can feel nice to switch it up with something a little homemade, especially when it only takes a few minutes to mix and throw in the oven. These oatmeal chocolate chip bars are soft, a little sweet, and perfect for an after nap or post play snack. Nothing fancy, just a simple mix of things you probably already have on hand.
