Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Blend the fruit, vegetable, and juice together until smooth. Strain if a smoother texture is desired.

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and gently heat over low heat. Do not boil.

Stir in honey (if using) until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Gradually sprinkle in the gelatin, whisking constantly to avoid clumps. Continue whisking until dissolved.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
Step 6
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until set.
Step 7
Remove from molds or slice into shapes.
Step 8
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
