Turn cooking mode on

Peel the pineapple, but keep the core intact.

Step 2

Slice the pineapple, including the core, and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Strain the juice if desired, but it's fine to leave a bit of pulp for added nutrients.

Step 4

In a bowl or jar, combine 1 cup of the blended pineapple juice with 2 tablespoons of raw honey.

Step 5

Add a pinch of salt and stir well until fully mixed.

Step 6

Transfer to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
