5-Minute Breakfast Cookie

Instead of skipping breakfast make this easy 5 minute air fryer breakfast cookie.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.

1/2 cup Oats

1/2 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

2 tbsp Hemp seeds

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

1 tbsp Coconut oil

1 tbsp Milk

1/2 Banana

Step 2

Shape into a cookie and place on a small piece of parchment paper (optional for easy cleanup).

Step 3

Sprinkle chocolate chips or your favorite toppings.

Step 4

Air fry at 325°F for 4–5 minutes — just until golden and set. Keep an eye on it, as cook times can vary depending on your air fryer!
