Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2
Mash the bananas directly in the baking dish until smooth.
Step 3
Add the rolled oats on top of the mashed bananas and mix well.
Step 4
Add the cottage cheese.
Step 5
Add the peanut butter.
Step 6
Add in the blueberries.
Step 7
Mix and spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden.
Step 9
Let the bars cool completely in the dish on a wire rack. Once cooled, cut into squares or bars.
Step 10
Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
