Bone broth is rich in collagen, amino acids, and minerals. It can help maintain the gut lining, which is essential for a healthy digestive tract, and the amino acids in bone broth may help reduce inflammation and promote gut healing. Grass-fed gelatin is rich in amino acids like glycine and proline, which help repair and strengthen the gut lining, potentially benefiting people with digestive issues or conditions like leaky gut syndrome.
