Marshmallow Instructions
1.
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of water and the gelatin. Stir to combine and let sit for a few minutes to bloom.

In a small saucepan, heat the remaining 1/4 cup water and maple syrup over medium heat until warmed through.
3.
Pour the gelatin mixture and the heated maple syrup mixture into a stand mixer.

Beat on high speed for 5-6 minutes, or until the mixture is white, glossy, and forms stiff peaks. Be careful not to overmix.

Line an 8x8-inch dish with parchment paper. Pour the marshmallow mixture into the dish and smooth the top.
6.
Let the marshmallows set at room temperature for a few hours or, ideally, overnight.
7.
Once set, remove from the dish and cut into squares. Enjoy!
Bone Broth Hot Chocolate Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine milk, bone broth, cocoa powder, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla extract.
2.
Heat over medium-low, stirring occasionally, until warm and well combined.
3.
Pour into a mug, top with a vanilla peppermint marshmallow if desired, and enjoy warm.
