Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Stir almond flour, peanut butter, and maple syrup until you have a thick, even dough.
Step 2
Press the mixture on to a parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 3
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium low heat, stirring until smooth.
Step 4
Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread to the edges.
Step 5
Sprinkle crushed peanuts and a pinch of sea salt if you like extra crunch.
Step 6
Freeze until solid, then break into pieces.
Step 7
Store bark in the freezer.
