Homemade BBQ Sauce

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients and stir well to combine.

12 oz Ketchup

1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup Date sugar

1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp Onion powder

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

3 Garlic cloves

1/3 cup Honey

2 tbsp Molasses

Step 2

Heat the sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it starts to simmer.

Step 3

Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer gently for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using.

Step 5

Use the BBQ sauce immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
