Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Drain and rinse the chickpeas well.
Step 3
In a food processor, blend chickpeas, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until super smooth.
Step 4
Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
Step 5
Scoop the dough into 12 balls on a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet.
Step 6
Flatten each ball gently with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
Step 7
Bake for 12–14 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
Step 8
Let cool for 5–10 minutes before removing from the pan.
