Add the cottage cheese to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
1 container Full-fat cottage cheese

Pour into a bowl and stir in the maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and crushed cookies.
2 to 3 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
1 pinch Salt
Simple Mills “Oreos”
Step 3
Divide into small containers or cups.
Step 4
Chill in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes to firm up and get that McFlurry-style texture.
Step 5
Top with more crushed cookies if you want and enjoy!
