These bedtime gummy bears have been amazing for getting my kids to wind down help with their sleep.

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Pour the tart cherry juice and grass-fed gelatin into a saucepan.

Step 2

Place the saucepan over low heat and stir constantly until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Avoid boiling to preserve the nutrients in the juice.

Step 3

Once smooth, pour the mixture into silicone molds or a glass dish.

Step 4

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gummies are firm.

Step 5

Pop the gummies out of the molds or cut them into squares if using a dish.

Step 6

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
