Wake-Up Cookies

The perfect family wake-up snack.

Ingredients

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the oats. Stir until well combined and smooth.

2 Banana

1 Egg

2 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Cinnamon

2 tbsp Maple syrup

1-2 tsp Vanilla extract

2 tbsp Peanut butter

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup Chocolate chips

1/2 cup Raisins

Step 3

Add in oats. If using rolled oats blend in a blender or food processor until they resemble instant oats.

2 cup Rolled oats

Step 4

Spoon about 2 tbsp onto the baking sheet.

Step 5

Bake for 10-11 minutes. Let cool & enjoy.
