Overnight Breakfast Casserole

This easy overnight breakfast casserole takes just 10 minutes to prep, making your mornings stress-free!

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Spread the cubed bread evenly in the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

5–6 cup Bread

Step 2

Sprinkle garlic powder over the bread.

2 tsp Garlic powder

Step 3

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and pour over the bread.

Next pour the milk over.

1 1/2 cup Milk of choice

Step 5

Add the chopped ham and shredded cheese. Gently mix until all the bread is soaked in the liquid.

1/2-1 cup Shredded cheese

Step 6

Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight (or up to 24 hours).

Step 7

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 8

Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Step 9

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, maple syrup, mustard, salt, and apple cider vinegar.

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1/8-1/4 cup Maple syrup

1/4 cup Mustard

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Step 10

Drizzle the maple Dijon mustard sauce before serving.
