Snickers Date Bark

A delicious mix of chewy dates, crunchy nuts, and chocolate — all in one easy, no-bake bark that tastes like a treat!

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Slice each date lengthwise down one side without fully separating them into halves and remove pits.

Step 2

Lay the dates flat on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet in rows of 5, slightly overlapping each other.

Step 3

Cover the dates with another piece of parchment paper.

Step 4

Using your hands or a glass, gently press down to flatten the dates into a uniform layer.

Step 5

Remove the top parchment paper.

Step 6

Spread a layer of peanut butter evenly over the flattened dates.

Step 7

Sprinkle hemp seeds over the peanut butter layer.

Step 8

In a small pan, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil over low heat until smooth.

Step 9

Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter and seeds.

Step 10

Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.

Step 11

Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes or until fully set.

Step 12

Once frozen, cut or break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
