Homemade Peanut Butter

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Place 3 cups of peanuts in the bowl of a food processor.

3 cup Peanuts

Step 2

Turn on the food processor and blend continuously. The peanuts will go through stages—starting as crumbs, then turning into a thick paste, and finally becoming smooth and creamy. This process usually takes 4–5 minutes.

Step 3

Stop and scrape down the sides as needed for an even texture.

Step 4

Transfer the peanut butter to an airtight jar.

Step 5

Store at room temperature for up to 1–2 weeks or in the fridge for longer freshness.
