Notes

You can sub half for half and half, or do all half and half for a lighter version. Store in the fridge and give it a good shake before each use. Use about 2 to 3 tablespoons per cup of coffee, adjusting to taste. If you like it sweeter, add more maple syrup. If you prefer it less sweet, use less. You can easily customize this by adding different extracts like peppermint, caramel, or hazelnut.
