Nutter Butters have 24 ingredients, so I made mine with just 3. This is exactly why I love making our favorite foods at home. It doesn’t have to be complicated or take all day. You get to control the ingredients, they taste SO much better, and you can make something your whole family will actually be excited to eat.

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2

Add the almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, and optional vanilla to a bowl. Mix until a soft dough forms.

1 1/3 cup Almond flour

1/2 cup Peanut butter

1/4 cup Pure maple syrup

2 tsp Vanilla extract

Step 3

Roll the dough into small balls. Place two balls right next to each other on your prepared baking sheet, then gently press them down with a fork to create that classic Nutter Butter shape and texture.

Step 4

Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.

Step 5

Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet before removing them. They’ll firm up as they cool.

Step 6

Once cooled, spread a thin layer of peanut butter onto one cookie and top with another to make a sandwich.
