June 18th Dinner Plan
Welcome to this week’s meal plan! This week’s menu is full of easy, family-friendly dinners made with simple ingredients and realistic prep. My goal is always to help answer the nightly “what’s for dinner?” question without spending hours in the kitchen. A few things you can do at the beginning of the week to make dinner even easier: • Cook a batch of rice for the Beef & Broccoli and Chicken Bacon Ranch Fried Rice. • Chop onions, garlic, and any fresh vegetables you’ll be using throughout the week. • Make a batch of Homemade Refried Beans and Guacamole for easy lunches, snacks, or taco night. • Prep the Homemade Tzatziki Sauce a day or two ahead of time. The flavor gets even better as it sits in the fridge. • Cook extra chicken when making lunches or another meal to save time on the Chicken Bacon Ranch Fried Rice. As always, these recipes are meant to make life easier, not more complicated. Swap ingredients, use shortcuts when needed, and make them work for your family. Happy cooking!
