If using store-bought marshmallow fluff: Spread an even layer over the graham crackers.

Step 5

In a saucepan melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil until smooth. Stir well.

1/2 to 2/3 cup Dark chocolate

Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer, spreading it evenly.

1/2 to 2/3

cup

Dark chocolate

2

tsp

Crushed graham crackers, for topping

Notes

I prefer to use homemade marshmallow because for the amazing benefits of gelatin making them gut healthy. Gelatin helps strengthen the stomach lining and supports good digestion. Plus, gelatin has glycine, an amino acid that balances out the sugar in the juice and fruit, so it won’t cause a blood sugar spike. It’s a simple, natural, and fun way to support our gut health and give our kids a snack they love!
