PB&J Pancake Muffins

An easy toddler breakfast that you can prepare the night before to make your mornings even easier!

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin pan or add liners.

Step 2

Prepare the pancake batter.

Step 3

Pour a small amount of batter into each muffin cup, a little less than half the cup.

Step 4

Add a small dollop of peanut butter on top.

Step 5

Add the jam on top.

Step 6

Cover with more batter to fill the cup.

Step 7

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

Step 8

Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Step 9

Serve with some protein to help balance out their blood sugar to keep them full till lunch!
