Homemade Chocolate Chips

Is anyone else tired of spending so much on store-bought chocolate? Finding clean chocolate, especially without refined sugars, can cost $6-$9 per bar/ bag or more. Why not try making your own at home?

Ingredients

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Gently melt the cacao butter until fully liquid. Do not overheat.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, add cacao butter, honey, and cocoa powder gradually, whisking continuously to prevent lumps.

Step 3

Pour the chocolate mixture into the mold and spread evenly.

Step 4

Refrigerate 2-3 hours or freeze for 30–45 minutes until fully set.

Step 5

Once hardened, remove the chocolate from the mold.

Step 6

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
