Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Remove the pits from the dates and cut them lengthwise to create a pocket without fully halving them.

Generously fill each date with peanut butter.

In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate chips with 1 tsp of coconut oil over low heat, stirring until smooth.
