Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Slice the banana in half, then cut each piece in half lengthwise to create four long strips.

Place a popsicle stick in the center of each and top with the remaining banana slices to 'sandwich' them together.

If the banana halves don’t stay together easily, place them in the freezer for 10–15 minutes before dipping.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate chips with the coconut oil, stirring until smooth.

Dip each banana pop into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.

Sprinkle toppings of choice if desired like peanuts or sprinkles.
