Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a food processor, pulse flour, salt, and butter until crumbly.
Step 3
Gradually add ice water (starting with 8 tbsp) until dough comes together.
Step 4
Divide dough in half, roll out each piece into a rectangle between parchment paper.
Step 5
Brush edges with egg wash and spread jam in the center, leaving a border.
Step 6
Place the second piece of dough on top, trim edges, and seal with a fork.
Step 7
Brush the top with egg wash and bake for 18-22 min, until golden brown.
Step 8
Let cool before slicing & enjoy!
