Very yummy! 2yr old & husband approved! I covered the pan half way while cooking the potatoes to ensure/speed up the softening process. I wasn't sure if we were supposed to, but it worked out wonderfully! I added in a little extra garlic powder at the end too, delicious!

Winner from my picky husband and 4 year old. Used frozen hashbrown potatoes instead of fresh potatoes, and made 1/2 pkg according to directions. 100% will make again!
