October 22nd Dinner Recipes
This week’s dinner meal plan is all about cozy, comforting meals that are perfect for this time of year! With the cooler weather settling in, we’re bringing more warm, hearty dinners to the table. Every recipe is made with simple ingredients, is family-friendly, and is designed to make getting a homemade dinner on the table a little easier. One of my biggest tips for making the week run smoothly is to take a few minutes to prep ingredients ahead of time. Chop your vegetables, shred your cheese, and make sure your proteins are thawed before you need them. Even 10–15 minutes of prep earlier in the day can make a huge difference when dinnertime rolls around. Remember, your meal plan is meant to work for your family, not the other way around! Feel free to switch the days around, substitute ingredients you already have, or adjust the recipes based on what your family enjoys. If a recipe makes more than you need, save the leftovers for lunch the next day. It’s one less meal you have to think about! And don’t forget to get your kids involved when you can! Whether it’s washing vegetables, measuring ingredients, or sprinkling cheese on top, there are so many little ways to include them in the kitchen. Homemade meals don’t have to be complicated or perfect. Sometimes it’s just about slowing down, making something simple, and enjoying time around the table together.
